I am a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Roy Maartens. My research focuses on studying the Cosmological constraints using 2- and 3-point correlations with MeerKAT, the SKA and other surveys. One of the main goals of my project is to develop models and simulations of 21cm intensity maps which will contain signatures of the primordial Universe, as well as of the growth of large-scale structure in the Universe. A critical ingredient of the models is to capture nonlinear effects in redshift space distortions. Furthermore, I will investigate the potential gains in precision and suppression of systematics from the cross-power and cross-bispectrum that are obtained from combining 21cm with other cosmological surveys of galaxies and the cosmic microwave background.
